Teac Warranty Service
We would like to take this opportunity to advise you of an important change to our existing Teac Warranty Service Arrangements.
After a careful review of our existing service arrangements we have adopted a proactive position to expand and provide a stronger, more effective service and support structure for all Teac product.
Accordingly from January 1st, 2009 all Teac warranty service will be undertaken internally within Direct Imports own Service Division.
Our existing RA (Returns Authority) system provides prompt and efficient freight free collection of warranty service product by courier. We will be expanding this to effectively manage warranty service nationally.
